Klaus Liebscher has stated that there may be an interest rate raise on the cards by the European central bank, he is on the council which sets rates for the European Central Bank.
While in the USA interest rates are moving downwards, Europe sees them heading upwards, so be aware if you relay on credit. The rate increase will happen in next few months,
