Why we should budget:
- First of you would need to find ways and means to find out if you’re going or leading yourself to the right financial path. For example, you want to buy this brand of car in this specific time frame. How would you know if you’re able to achieve that if you don’t set a budget to be able to save?
- Budgeting is a way for you to control your money and not let money conquer you or take hold of you.
- A budget would let you know if you’re living your life to what your salary can afford.
- This will give you caution on how much you could only use up with credit cards. Most often than not, some people realize that they spend more than their means.
- A budget can help you save. While you’re still young, learn to save as much as you could for you future and future emergencies. You’ll never know when you’ll be needing the money.
- Knowing your limits on spending will make you conscious on what you really need to buy apart from something that can wait.
- If you have a family, a budget will align everyone in the family on a common goal
- A budget will make you realize the aspect on where you tend to spend more. It will aware you enough to lie low in that area of spending.
- A budget will help to keep you out of debt.
- A budget will allow you to set extra money aside for spending.
- A budget will set you at ease so you don’t have to worry about making ends meet.
