Above: The primary culprit is that small medium business owners can’t afford the health insurance coverage for their employees.
Recently, I came across an article about small medium business problem regarding giving out health benefits to their employees. This article brought me into a realization regarding health insurance and what it can do to small business.
The article states that many workers employed by small medium business admitted that they do not cover health insurance. Though this might sound unfair, these small time employers declared that they cannot give out this type of benefit.
The primary culprit is that small medium business owners can’t afford the health insurance coverage for their employees. There failure to provide health insurance is unfavorable to them knowing that their employee do not have security during which hospitalization and health detriments occur.
The business owners cannot afford to stretch the costs like a big company can and so the employees are offered with less generous health insurance coverage other wise the business’ profit will go to these benefits killing off the possibility to prosper. This situation leaves workers with substantial out of pocket expenses during health care crisis.
