At Work

Above: Save at work!

Everyday you go to work to earn and yet to able to go to work, you would need to spend. You spend on gas, or set aside for your travel allowance, for your food to eat for lunch and snack, for your parking and so on and so forth. It is like you have no other choice, it’s a given, so a little help in saving would do you well and make you enjoy more of what you earn because you would tend to get more than spending more. In worse cases, they don’t mind breaking even with their daily expenses just so that they could just have a work experience. This shouldn’t be the case. So we’ve come up of 3 smart ways to help you save when going to work.

Bring or Pack Your Own Lunch

This is very typical for people who are trying to save. Markups on food establishments don’t really give you the value or your money’s worth. It is good to eat out on occasions but to save on a couple of bucks, making your own lunch wont hurt. This would be on your favor especially when you’re always on a go and you would need to stay at your station on a busy day.

Pretend That Vending Machines Do Not Exist

Don’t be tempted to buy products from vending machines that are displayed in your office’s hallway. Instead, pretend that they don’t exist. You can also think that the content of that vending machine is pricey compared to buying it from a grocery store.

Invest On A Thermos Bottle

This would save you lots and lots of dollars. Bring your won coffee to work so you wouldn’t spend lots of money buying coffee everyday. How many times do you drink your coffee? Multiply this in a week and times 4 weeks in a month then you will realize how much you spend in a month just by drinking coffee. So grab the nearest thermos now and start bringing that thing with you.
